Errors in the anime

Well there are sometimes ome incoherence in the anime, can you find them?

For example, they turn the page of the book from right to left, that is to say they read in the japanese way, whereas the story is in France.

Somebody also told me once that we can see the Eiffel Tower, which was not built in 1789, but I never find it!!!

There is the Sacré-Coeur too. ( built during the 19th century). Oscar plays with a piano instead of a clavecin ( I don't know if this is the same word in french and in english). The french flag has its colours in the wrong way ( the real flag is blue white red and they painted it red white blue)

I never see the Eiffel tower yet in the anime.

I saw in the manga, the Arc of Triumph, which was built in the XIX century.

On which page did you see it I can`t remember having spotted it.

in the first page of chapter 7 ,volume 1, when MA has her first visit in Paris
